If you are under time pressure — for example, an upcoming notary appointment or a financing deadline — please contact us directly. Expedited processing is possible by arrangement.

Our market value appraisal reports meet the formal requirements of the ImmoWertV and are accepted by all major German credit institutions as an external valuation. If your bank has specific requirements (e.g. a mortgage lending value report pursuant to the PfandBG), we prepare the appropriate format upon request.

Yes. We value residential and commercial properties of all types — office buildings, retail properties, logistics properties, mixed-use properties, and residential portfolios. For portfolios with multiple properties, we prepare an individual offer with a volume discount.

Yes. Our appraisal reports can be submitted to the tax office pursuant to § 198 BewG as proof of a lower value and are recognized by tax authorities. For gifts, inheritances, or corporate restructurings, we tailor the appraisal report to the relevant tax requirements.

The fee for a standard market value appraisal is based on the determined market value (see fee schedule). For commercial properties with a complex income situation, special uses or portfolios, the price is calculated individually — following a free initial review of the documents. We always quote a binding fixed price before the engagement.
