Important information such as completed renovations, known defects or special legal circumstances should be communicated to us in writing beforehand in such cases.

For rented properties, timely notice of the inspection appointment to the tenant is also required, in compliance with the statutory notice periods.

For larger condominium associations, it can also be beneficial to have the property manager present in order to directly clarify questions regarding common property, reserves, or upcoming resolutions.

As a general rule: the more complete the information available on site, the faster and more precisely the subsequent valuation can be carried out.
